Back Office – HEIcount Web Based Management System
The web-based management system is part one of the HEIcount product. The back office is really the core management part of the system and is used by the administrator to set up the audit and manage the whole process.
During the set up the administrator defines the room types, routes around the campus, and the times for the audit. Once set up the administrator can run the audits and monitor progress live as an audit is taking place.

HEIcount App - Navigating/ Auditing the Estate
The app is part two of the HEIcount product, this has been developed to run on Apple (iOS) devices and is best delivered on an iPad. We can provide iPads for your audit to save you the headache of cost and setup.
This app allows the auditor to work through the route assigned to them from the web based management system, collecting data in real time as they navigate around the campus, room by room. The administrator can monitor the results live as they come in via the web-based management system.

HEIcount Visualiser - Reporting on the Results
HEIcount includes a visualiser system which enables you to select which metrics you want to include in a report and create it instantly.
If you prefer to use an alternative reporting tool all data can be exported in CSV format, ready for you to process in your preferred external system.
